went a few weeks ago for a fill and was honestly so impressed. The staff were incredibly friendly, the space was spotless, and the overall energy was warm and welcoming. My nail tech did such a beautiful job — I’ve decided this will be my go-to salon from now on! (And I don’t live in the city-so that says a lot)

We specifically chose to walk all the way to this salon because of the positive reviews, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. My technician never greeted me or thanked me, and the service felt rushed and inattentive from the start. I repeatedly asked her to scrub my calluses more thoroughly, but she insisted there was nothing there—despite me knowing my own feet. I love Olivia’s salon. I’ve gone twice and had a great experience both times. The staff are so kind and helpful. The pedicures are a great deal for all of the attention they give and the extra massages. They have a huge selection of beautiful colours and the space is very clean.

My friend and i went after reading the good reviews, but unfortunately we experienced okay service. We called ahead and booked a manicure for myself and a pedi for her. They didn't clean my cuticles nor scrub her calluses. After 3 days my nail polish (regular) was chipping off.
