Olivia is very pleasant to interact with and through her work, you can tell that she has many years of experience. She patiently explained the steps when I was getting my hair permed while ensuring that I was comfortable during the whole process. She continuously asked for my thoughts in case she needed to make adjustments to satisfy my needs. She carefully explained how to care for my hair and how to maintain the style at home. This has truly been a great experience. I would recommend this place to others.
