I wasn't initially convinced, b/c the word "trauma" is often used so ambiguously or generously...but afterwards, I realise how my own framing contributed to the other unhelpful thought patterns that I always engage in. HIGHLY recommend talking to Olivia. Even just to explore some options for where to take the conversation next.
