There are issues when calling her office. No one answers the phone, it goes to voicemail and asks you to leave a message. I left a message and never got a call back. I complained to aetna and the aetna rep called them while I was on the phone, and it went to voicemail. I went directly to the office to get an appointment. The doctor seems nice and she wanted me to go to get but didn't give me the form she filled out. Edit- All of the issues I needed to discuss were also listed on my intake form. I was “unable to void for specimen” because I had used the restroom not even an hour prior, after I asked if you’d need a urine sample and was told that it was fine. I never needed a pregnancy test. I needed a doctor who isn’t negligent. If you’d read my full review, you’d see that I tried to make an appointment with three different locations to get the ordered labs completed. Getting Rx refills is a nightmare. Dr is always out of town or they never got the refill request from the pharmacy. So now I have to wait 2 weeks without meds until the Dr returns and can refill my Rx. Billing is another nightmare, I was overcharged for every co-pay and was told it would take 6 months to get a refund. It has been over 7 and still no refund.
