I am so thankful for Sierra and Olivia Bowen Bridal for making wedding dress shopping such a pleasant and easy experience! I am from out of state so I was worried about buying from a shop in Florida but Sierra made it seamless. Very wonderful service however everything was on the more expensive side with the dresses falling in a very narrow style. The fitting area was not ideal and didn’t really have the chance for a walk out/ wow factor.
This is the 1st negative review I have ever left on a business. I had my appointment in October to chose my dress for the following year; the staff was very attentive at that time ; however, I feel that was the only time they were. I selected my dress and paid in full as required at this time and was told my dress would be in by June; they gave me a specific date that I would hear from them regarding the fitting; there was no follow up and I had to reach out to them several times, and they finally told me there was a delay a... read more
I purchased my dress and couple months after started second thinking if it was the perfect dress for me. I was told dresses could not be exchanged ( I did not have the dress altered) I completely understand that, the reason for my rating is the lack of help or communication from owner to help resolve the issue not even to show me other options.
