I questioned her commission structure before meeting and she responded as open to discussion. However, after wasting an hour while she read her power point presentation, asking me very personal questions and cutting $5,000 off my listing price to mirror Walmart pricing, she refused to negotiate her 6% commission and $695 BAC.
