I don’t want to give even 1 star. After selling house. they really don’t care about customer. I have issues with roof cracks and missing paint stuff since from 2020 when i buy new house. till today no one show up to fix problems. I went to office alottt times and calls to. No one really care. so please buy house through good company

Stay away, do not buy ur dream home with century communities. Since we have moved into this community, Been having problems with our house. First month of moving, our roof started leaking, now the floor is coming off at many areas of the living room and it’s not been a year yet since we moved in. Once they hand you the keys, they don’t care about you anyomore. No one answers the phone calls. Plz do not invest ur hard working money with them.
