Just started living at Olivewood Apts and has been a wonderful experience. Jesse manages the property with so much warmth and professionalism — she’s always understanding, patient with questions, and makes every process seamless. 🎖️ Antonio is a true gem — an all-rounder expert in plumbing, carpentry, painting, and more. He’s prompt, skilled, and takes care of every repair immediately. The team here makes you feel valued and cared for. Highly recommend Olivewood Apts🎖️

My wife and I were living there for more than a year, paid our rental every month without any delays, kept apartment on a perfect condition, however our deposit was stolen by the greedy `101 Management`. Pros: - good location; - washer/dryer in unit; - relatively safe area (not a single package was stolen in 15 month!); - Jessica is always responsive and good property manager. Cons - guest parking was closed 14/15 months we were there (and still closed); - the pool itself and the pool area was under construction 14/15 months... read more

We had a mixed experience at Olivewood after living there for three years . The apartments are well designed, nicely decorated, and the garden areas are pleasant. However, laundry maintenance was poor and the pool was often closed. Assigned parking spot was frequently taken by unauthorized cars. Overall, it felt overpriced for the location and the amenities actually provided.
