My wife and I were living there for more than a year, paid our rental every month without any delays, kept apartment on a perfect condition, however our deposit was stolen by the greedy `101 Management`. Pros: - good location; - washer/dryer in unit; - relatively safe area (not a single package was stolen in 15 month!); - Jessica is always responsive and good property manager. We had a mixed experience at Olivewood after living there for three years . The apartments are well designed, nicely decorated, and the garden areas are pleasant. However, laundry maintenance was poor and the pool was often closed. Assigned parking spot was frequently taken by unauthorized cars. Overall, it felt overpriced for the location and the amenities actually provided.
