This community is terrible, all the neighbors hate each other and often get into quarrels with each other, high priced units that get more expensive each year you stay, ridiculously high energy bill, no assigned parking (also on that note you can rent out multiple parking spots even if you only own 1 vehicle to make your neighbors park elsewhere), no safety to the neighborhood, last year my fiancee's car was broken into and all the change was taken, a couple years before that my bike was stolen off my front porch. This is one of the worst apartment complexes you could ever live in the rent is ridiculous and it's always going up, the office never takes your complaint seriously, and you are consistently getting harassed by neighbors with the office not doing anything about it. They also allow you to pay for parking spaces when they already have limited spaces and they'll let someone rent as many spaces as they want even if they don't have that many cars so they're just taking up spots for no reason. The worst Apartment complex ive ever been apart of . My parents have stayed there for 1 year , thank god they're out by next Sunday, horrible customer service. Rude as can be , dont care about anyone but there selves . My parents air conditioner has never worked right , plus water issues . You complain , goes in 1 ear out the other . Horrible people own this complex , do not rent here .
