A place like NO other. The service is beyond! Everyone seems GENUINELY happy, and it radiates throughout the hotel. I travel frequently, and can honestly say that I have never encountered such hospitality as I have at the Houstonian.
Lovely property, excellent facilities and nice spacious rooms. Staff were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely return next time we are in Houston.
Hotel was incredible and the service was top notch. Our family of 4 loved our weekend stay at the Houstonian. 10/10 experience. Extra shout out to Alan Yeh and Igor Mota who helped to quickly find my daughter’s left behind stuffed animal and promptly ship it back to us. Thank you!
