This is one of the most celebrated restaurants in the Bay Area. Any and every thing created by Paul Bertolli, the original chef and one of the very best Chez Panisse alumni. I get that it's changed chefs a bunch of times but i remember eating there when Paul was heading it up-Fantastico!!
