They are crooks and horrible landlords. They left me without heat for weeks in January, twice at two different properties. They also wrongfully and illegally canceled my deposit check after I cleaned the entire place and left it nicer than when I'd moved in. They even thanked me for cleaning so well right in front of the new tenents and there was zero damage then they canceled my 800$ check behind my back for NO reason.
