My wife treated me to Oliver's for my birthday. Requested and we're seated at nice booth in bar. Bar was a bit lively due to Bourbon Club meeting that night but not a problem. Service was top notch. Server was very knowledgeable of menu and wine list. Wine list is excellent, the best in the area. I had looked at list earlier in the day. Great place for dinner with terrific food! Well paced meal served by knowledgeable staff. Can be noisy given the somewhat open concept seating with a busy bar in the center of the eating space.
Oliver’s is arguably the best fine dining restaurant in Buffalo. From the moment you walk in, the service is attentive, polished, and genuinely welcoming. The food was outstanding.....beautifully presented, thoughtfully prepared, and full of flavor. Every course felt intentional and expertly executed. Exceptional service with attention to detail! Our server was very knowledgeable about all food preps and GF options. Food was very good and love when they have different preps and selections; many restaurants have same entrees. Also, did I mention most comfortable seating of any restaurant!
Wonderful experience from valet parking to coat check and amazing food and service. They pay attention to every detail and my daughter birthday celebration was wonderful. Her boyfriend commented that the ribeye was the best steak he ever had. Decadence of Egg was splendid. So was the fish special and deserts. Wonderful wine list, perfectly recommended sauvignon blanc. Tokaji 5 puttonyos after dinner.
