Suzanna at Aloft Glenview turned us down from a showing for being 15 minutes late, as did her neighbor working yesterday. She claimed to email me back about the time but she didn’t, she pretended to minutes after we left. A very special place.
This is happening at one of their properties in Arizona and they don't seem to care. It saddens my to write this as I wished SALT would have been so much more. Worst, most unprofessional sales team and seller I have ever dealt with. Absolutely no concept of customer service. It doesn't matter how nice the building is...the experience was a nightmare, and I would never buy from them again.
San Diego and many other cities wouldn't be the same without them
