Do yourself a favor and work with the best from day 1. As a realtor I work with many many lenders, and he is among the best. I recently had a listing where the buyer's lender was not going to be able to meet closing day. I referred the buyers over to Oliver who had things closed within a week. If you're shopping for the best mortgage lender to work with...you're gonna have a hard time finding someone better than Oliver!
