Illegal! Owner didn’t honor gift card because it was a few years old. NYS law-they have to honor them for up to 9years! Had the mommy makeover and gave owner the gift card and she said she can’t honor it because it’s old. I Had to pay$$. Owner Stephanie was rude, belittling and extremely unprofessional!!! The building is old and equipment/furniture is Dilapidated and uncomfortable. Avoid!!!!
In response to Stacey O. After receiving services Stacey presented a 12 year old gift card for payment. There is no way of knowing the value of or even if the gift card had been redeemed. As a one time only courtesy she was credited $75 which is 50% of the "Mommy Rescue" package.
