Honestly a great first apartment
Lived here here for almost a year by now. Riverton has recently taken this property, and there have been a lot of improvements they made. The new management is communicative and responsive. The area itself is far from perfect. It can get quite noisy here, especially in summer, plus sometimes it might feel a little unsafe. But overall, it's been a good experience here!
Living here the past few years has been awesome, we love the amenities and general location of the building. The new rental company has been immensely helpful, accommodating, and easy to get ahold of. I would highly recommend to anyone looking in this area for apartments!
I've lived here very recently and loved it! I go to the U of M and it's a convenient location and great price point for a renovated 1-bed.
