I had an exceptional experience at Oliver Peoples. I had read the reviews before going, and thought they were fake because the reviews were glowing about the staff. Well, the staff is incredible! They really took the time to find frames that fit my face, then fit them perfectly. They also fixed and cleaned the glasses I was wearing when I walked in. Incredible service! I had a very nice shopping experience at the store, so impressed.
I don't think Oliver Peoples has a better ambassador for their brand than Sara. I just purchased my fourth pair of glasses, and I was blown away by her knowledge and enthusiasm of each little detail on a pair of glasses. She knew the name and story behind the filigree patterns! I will continue to come back because of her expertise and friendliness.
Just had the BEST shopping experience here thanks to Steven. He really went above and beyond taking his time to help me pick out glasses that were right for me. They had a great selection to choose from. I’m so excited for my new pairs and Steven was truly a delight. Thanks so much!
I had such a great experience at Oliver Peoples today! Steven was wonderful, so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely nice.
