So I couldn’t use my water and Oliver came out and he installed these fixtures for 30 minutes and charged me $900. Then the man walked out with my fixture that was brushed nickel. I spoke with the manager that Monday who was supposed to order that and promised that it would be delivered a few days later. After a week I still have not heard anything. This company Steals from customers and charges outrageous prices with price gouging. They are going to be reported to the board of plumbers.
Left several phone messages and not one returned call. Very unprofessional. Wish i could give a zero!
Had heat pump checked on April 29th, 2019 because of an error code. Technician came out and reset system and told us that we have to keep the temp set higher during the winter and that nothing is wrong with the system. They charged us $89 for the arrival fee and $163 for a "level 2 analysis." That's $252 for resetting our thermostat and telling us to keep the temp higher (about a half hour of work).
