Jimmy Oliver of Delacerda and Oliver is no longer allowed to practice law in Oklahoma. As of 07-19-2022. Their offices were closed for good reason as they were fraudulent in many activities that amounted to fooling the public into believing they were "the best attorney's in the state". If they were "the best attorney's in the state" their caseload wouldn't have dropped drastically since 2017, they wouldn't have had to lie and take a PPE Loan, and their offices would be open to the public. Melissa DeLaCerda and Jimmy Oliver are the worst attorneys I have ever retained. They did not manage to collect the attorney's fees I was owed even though I had a slam dunk case against the defendant. They did not even manage to throw him in jail even though he was barely able to come up with the money to comply with the repayment plan on bills that were over a decade old!!!!
