I recently made the move to the Oliver House after needing to change my previous living situation, and overall, it's been a positive transition. I was drawn to this community for its great amenities and the fact it is more kid-friendly, definitely a big plus. Toured this past week and it went extremely well! Loved the atmosphere of the community. Sandy welcomed me and my partner like we are part of the community! Erick the manager is great and extremely nice. Saw the model suite and was impressed on the size of the unit. Pricing is good for the surrounding area. Building looked great for being older. I’m looking forward to reaching out again when my lease is over in September.
Absolutely love living here! Erick and the rest of the staff are always willing to help and answer any questions. The spaces are always clean and the apartment complex is usually peaceful. We love being by Van Aken and the RTA. Everyone is so kind and accommodating here. This has been the best rental experience for me by far!!
We really enjoy living at the Oliver house apartments. They are under new management. Eric and Sandy are the best. Dishwasher went out 3 weeks ago and we received a new one. Like wise refrigerator went out the day we received the dishwasher and the very next week. We got a brand new refrigerator. We been here for 7 months. So far we like are place. Management is really great.
Emergency with faucet late at night. Maintenance responded within an hour, coming out to access the problem . Then return to fix the problem the next day. All in less than twenty four hours. KUDOS to the entire maintenance crew.
