The building is clean and tenants are friendly and welcoming. Maintenance and cleaning staff especially are very kind and respectful even if they take some time to address your concerns. One of the first things I noticed when moving in was how community oriented the office staff was. Unfortunately, that has changed over the last few months. 100000000/5 experience! I recently toured Oliver House Apartments in Beachwood, and I have to say the experience was truly amazing. The property manager, Chantiah, was absolutely outstanding. She was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. She answered every question with patience and made the whole visit feel welcoming and stress-free. The new property manager is very unprofessional, when conducting business she is poping acne bumps on her face, which grosses me out. I've been here since February and asked immediately can I have replacement blinds because several has fallen off, no blinds still. Several times I've gone to the office and reported a leak in my bathroom, no one came. Nothing hasn't gotten done since I've been here. This place is too expensive to not get what you need done. I’ve been living here for about a month & the two women in the leasing office were really nice & helpful, had great customer service and met all of me and my families needs! Sandra was very helpful with the move in process as well. The property is very well maintained and peaceful!
I love my new home at the Oliver house. Sandra is absolutely wonderful and has been amazing from the time I toured the property a few months ago up until I moved in. The property manager Erick is great as well and he and Sandra do a great job taking care of their residents and community. The residents are really nice too I'm happy I found the Oliver House!
