I have been at the Oliver House for a month now. And I ❤️ this place. Its everything that I was hoping for quite spacious and cozy. My neighbors are nice and everyone I've come in contact w is great. Mrs Sandra is in the office has been so helpful with any questions or concerns she has been on it. Quick response time. Even walking with me to show me how everything works. I could've picked a better place to live.
The building is clean and tenants are friendly and welcoming. Maintenance and cleaning staff especially are very kind and respectful even if they take some time to address your concerns. One of the first things I noticed when moving in was how community oriented the office staff was. Unfortunately, that has changed over the last few months. 100000000/5 experience! I recently toured Oliver House Apartments in Beachwood, and I have to say the experience was truly amazing. The property manager, Chantiah, was absolutely outstanding. She was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. She answered every question with patience and made the whole visit feel welcoming and stress-free. Hello guys, I don’t reside here but I come for Bible study. The lobby is always clean. It’s quite open. They could use some updating for what they charge for rent. They could use updating in the apartments and the hallway but for the most part, it seems to be a quiet community. Great for seniors. Sometimes it is hard to find parking. The street along the property is terrible and should be paved! The area surrounding is really nice therefore that's what you're really paying for!
I recently made the move to the Oliver House after needing to change my previous living situation, and overall, it's been a positive transition. I was drawn to this community for its great amenities and the fact it is more kid-friendly, definitely a big plus.
