The new property manager is very unprofessional, when conducting business she is poping acne bumps on her face, which grosses me out. I've been here since February and asked immediately can I have replacement blinds because several has fallen off, no blinds still. Several times I've gone to the office and reported a leak in my bathroom, no one came. Nothing hasn't gotten done since I've been here. This place is too expensive to not get what you need done. I love my new home at the Oliver house. Sandra is absolutely wonderful and has been amazing from the time I toured the property a few months ago up until I moved in. The property manager Erick is great as well and he and Sandra do a great job taking care of their residents and community. The residents are really nice too I'm happy I found the Oliver House!
hello guys, I don’t reside here but I come for Bible study. The lobby is always clean. It’s quite open. They could use some updating for what they charge for rent. They could use updating in the apartments and the hallway but for the most part, it seems to be a quiet community. Great for seniors. Sometimes it is hard to find parking. The street along the property is terrible and should be paved! The area surrounding is really nice therefore that's what you're really paying for!
Hey guys, The representatives Eric and Sandra were nice and professional durning my experience at the Olive house. I was approved for the apartment 117 with a deposit of $199.00 although no lease was signed and I didn’t see the apartment and it was supposed to be available in November as well as the other two. I was switched to three different apartment by Eric, apartment 117, 234 and 317 back in September. I recently made the move to the Oliver House after needing to change my previous living situation, and overall, it's been a positive transition. I was drawn to this community for its great amenities and the fact it is more kid-friendly, definitely a big plus.
