I have been at the Oliver House for a month now. And I ❤️ this place. Its everything that I was hoping for quite spacious and cozy. My neighbors are nice and everyone I've come in contact w is great. Mrs Sandra is in the office has been so helpful with any questions or concerns she has been on it. Quick response time. Even walking with me to show me how everything works. I could've picked a better place to live.

The building is clean and tenants are friendly and welcoming. Maintenance and cleaning staff especially are very kind and respectful even if they take some time to address your concerns. One of the first things I noticed when moving in was how community oriented the office staff was. Unfortunately, that has changed over the last few months. 100000000/5 experience! I recently toured Oliver House Apartments in Beachwood, and I have to say the experience was truly amazing. The property manager, Chantiah, was absolutely outstanding. She was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. She answered every question with patience and made the whole visit feel welcoming and stress-free. Big shout out to Sandra Bass in the leasing office . She goes above and beyond to make sure any issues I have had (minor issues) have been resolved in a timely manner. Her hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.

I’ve been living here for about a month & the two women in the leasing office were really nice & helpful, had great customer service and met all of me and my families needs! Sandra was very helpful with the move in process as well. The property is very well maintained and peaceful!
