I have lived here with my dad for 15+ years. I have seen it all. Bedbug infestations. Mice infestations. Currently there is a very persistent roach infestation within the buildings. There is no washer/dryer in the unit of the apartment but there is a laundry room in one of the buildings which you have to pay for. There are roaches crawling under, over, and inside the washer machines. I have seen roaches for atleast the past five years now. The kitchen cabinets are very old and rickety. Moved here two weeks ago and once I moved in everything was given to me clean. Seen a mouse run around, called the office and sent out maintenance to look for holes and found four and also made an appointment for extermination. Neighbor smokes weeds but outside of the building, management are addressing the issue.
