I love the convenience of the valet service. Makes it so much easier to get things scheduled in. They keep in contact with you by letting you know when all the steps of pick up, service and dropped off. Great service!

Oliver Ford does an outstanding job servicing your car/truck. They explain exactly what they're going to do and after service is complete, they go over the job in detail. If something like a dirty filter or low battery shows up, they will contact you before proceeding. No surprises. You feel like family, not a number. Service area is clean and tidy. Its usually very good. But the female serves lady waant very pleasant. I wanted to ask her if she loved her job. Then they forgot my sticker that goes on the window. I have always got great service. I will next time deal with Jeff or Will. They r very nice!! I hate giving this report. Cause i know the family but they need to know whats going on...
