I’ve lived here since 2021 & LOVE it!! Always on top of everything & we just got a new Manager a few months ago & she’s hands down AMAZING!!
Rent is way to high for this modest and rural community.
So far, everyone has been so kind. The lady in the office is very sweet. I love to call this our new home. Thank you for everything yall have done for me.
Grounds need help especially dumpster area. People are dumping their garbage outside of dumpster, there are rats that the many stray cats have eaten under cars in parking lot. Hoping no one ever meets up with a rat or cat that could have rabies. Also the stairs, rails, walkways, breezeways need help. They are so nasty, dirty, stains, chipped paint, not inviting to anyone. Side walks and parking lot needs clean up.
