Grounds need help especially dumpster area. People are dumping their garbage outside of dumpster, there are rats that the many stray cats have eaten under cars in parking lot. Hoping no one ever meets up with a rat or cat that could have rabies. Also the stairs, rails, walkways, breezeways need help. They are so nasty, dirty, stains, chipped paint, not inviting to anyone. Side walks and parking lot needs clean up.

I have tried multiple times to get in contact with them. I’ve been trying to find somewhere to live but even during office hours when they are open, they still manage not to answer the phone. I have emailed them hoping I get a response back.🤞

I been calling for two weeks leaving voicemail no one answers or calls back. I’m just trying to live here I can’t imagine if you had a maintenance request

Low income based housing. Apartments and grounds themselves are decent. Supposed to be a smoke free community but people smoke and leave their cigarette butts all over and in the walk ways, dogs without leashes are allowed to roam the grounds, no management on site, someone comes a couple times a week for a couple hours. No calls or texts returned when there’s a problem. No soundproofing between upstairs and downstairs apartments, can hear everything above you.
