Extremely unprofessional management company. Tara and Liza specifically. They are unable to communicate properly with their tenants. They make promises when entering into lease agreements that they won’t keep. Their cleaning crew has stolen valuables from our office on more than one occasion and have helped themselves to office food from our break room. Tara and Karl Oliver are extremely knowledgable of the Houston area and what businesses need and want in a commercial office or warehouse space. They are responsive and work hard to manage properties, keeping them running efficiently at optimial costs.
