The service was incredibly slow. I waited too long for my order and then it was wrong. Not impressed at all.
The noise level made it hard to have a conversation. I would prefer a quieter environment.

We had an event for executives/clients and had pre-paid for the occasion. The "Event Specialist" decided to charge our executive on-site and double charge us and claimed she never charged our credit card (Even though they did and had receipts). Very unprofessional and very unpleasant to deal. This is one place we will steer clear from for future events.
