I've had many different RMT's lover the decades, but this was the first time I've seen one where a specific problem, an elbow that had been bugging me for a few years (diagnosed as Common flexor calcific tendonosis by an ultrasound) went away in single appointment. I'm still being cautious with not doing too heavy weights, but it's pretty amazing to not have that pain there whenever I lift something!
