Horrid places to live!!!! NFI managment literally cuts corners to fixing things!!! They own most of North KC apartments. Do not rent from them, please trust me. It is a expensive trap for the lack of real maintenance. They will polish up a place and once you move in you notice things. Like the fact our plugs fall out of the outlets. Like the fact they spray for roaches yet we still have them.
