I’m really disappointed with how much this building has declined since the change in management. When I first moved in, the building was generally well maintained and there were minimal issues. Unfortunately, since the management switch, the overall quality and upkeep have noticeably gone downhill. Lived here for a year. Not the worst; not the best. Overpriced and management is very inefficient and rude. Do not recommend.

The building and the apartment are beautiful, but Ever since I moved in the hallway leading to my apartment has been smelling like a garbage dump because the building management does not clear the trash on a daily basis. Every time I go to dispose of my trash in the trash room, the garbage shoots are clogged, and I can’t even walk in to the room because of all the garbage bags. I have asked the management many times to clear this up since I moved in. They still have not done anything about it.
Appreciation post for Cody, who is the absolute best😊 Holland Zoe Cody and Christian make Olive and Wooster feel like a home, instead of just an apartment building. They’re the dream team💗 can’t rave enough about how great of a job they’re all doing
