BEWARE!!!had a very concerning experience at this IV therapy clinic. During my B12 and glutathione infusion, I was left unattended, and when the IV drip finished, my blood began flowing backward into the IV tubing because the line was not clamped. This should never happen without a staff member present. While I understand that IV backflow can occur, patients should not be left alone at the end of an infusion, especially when needles are still in place. This was my first time visiting Urgent Care. I only heard about it, but I didn't know exactly what kind of treatment I could get there or what kind of help I could get. This time, I visited for the first time and was able to get help. What was even better was that there was a Korean doctor. I hope many people use this place. I visited because of a sudden ear problem. The staff was also kind and I was grateful.

NP Kim is the best! Compared to most urgent care, their wait time is pretty good and love how clean this place is. All the staffs are very professional and kind. Highly recommend this place.

When it comes to promotions or packages, they shouldn't make it look cheap and not tell you the number of shots, only give you about 1/3 of the amount, and pretend like it's a cheap package. Even a regular laser treatment takes about 10 minutes! They don't even thoroughly fill your face with Skintox or boosters. No matter what treatment you get, there's not much change in your face. They were nice but before I visit them and get the treatment, I asked twice if they accept Medi-Cal, and they said, “Yes.” But I received a bill today for the August 2024 visit. Turned out that they don’t accept Medi Cal. Quite shocking and surprising since I couldn’t work for six months. I was there to get the medication only for the animal bites but didn’t get treated. Visit consultation is $250.
