Food was great. Cashier not very friendly, was on his phone not paying attention to the counter.
I love this place but the quality has dropped. Pita was old, cold, and very chewy. Baba ghanoush was too oily. Lamb kabob was just 4 small pieces of meat, 1/4 a small onion, and a tomato. Rice and hummus were good. I ordered a baklawa and it was forgotten. Service was decent. I sincerely hope they bounce back, I adore their style, but at $30 a person, it isn't enough.
It is good food and I'm still eating. Its Some where I'm choosing to eat again. Fir sure.. !!!!
As someone who normally really enjoys Mediterranean food, I figured I would try The Olive Branch. The empty dining room should have been my first warning sign. Every other place downtown was packed with hour-long waits, while this place had nobody inside. It also took quite a while for someone to notice me and take my order.
