I love this place. As far as the all the bug infestations everyone posts, I don't have that problem. I am an exterminator though. But the people here are classy. Manager Delia has an eye for good people to move in.
Apartments are dirty the pavement is all broken they have roaches and bed bugs in the carpet. very poor maintenance service and horrible manager she's very rude low class, not one bit professional, very fake woman. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!
DO NOT RENT HERE! Miss HELLEN WOO you need to hire a better manager before the health department gets involved. Also you need a manager who is NOT racist and discriminates people who aren’t “white skinned”. Theres also bedbugs, fleas and cats with fleas everywhere! Not to mention mold in bathroom and the solution was to just paint over it as shown on pictures.
