The laundry system changed to one where you need an app, but the app never works so you get charged $.50 per load. They keep raising the price for this laundry service when the machines are so messed up and hardly work.
I wasn't able to move in, but the entire process of the tour of the building and an available unit was really easy! The property manager was great with meeting up and giving me all the details as well as showing me the tour!

Great building! Love the staff
I recently moved into the Olive Tower Apartments and I enjoy living here. The manager is extremely courteous and friendly and she has always been very helpful whenever I have needed assistance. I have had the opportunity to interact with the staff and they are just as friendly and helpful as the manager.
