Huge shout out to D from olive ridge, She made our move in process amazing, there was a few hiccups but she figured them out amazing! She made our experience amazing and did what she could do make everything comfortable and responds to any issues creating a ticket! My only heads up is if you plan on moving here they do limit on parking so if ur sharing with a lot of people keep in mind ! I have lived at the Olive Ridge Apartments for a few months and want to leave a review of my experiences so far. Pros: Has all the amenities you would need as a student or for a small family. No problems with individual unit (maintenance is friendly and has helped when needed). On site management (including Delisia and Daphne included) have been accommodating and helpful whenever I've had questions. Guaranteed parking spot in the shade is a nice touch. The leasing office employee Delisia was very welcoming and extremely helpful! She answered all my questions, communicated great, and made sure I was okay with everything throughout the entire process.
I’d like to recognize Efrain and Jiovanne from Olive Ridge maintenance for the great service they provide. I’m very happy with the quality of their work. They’re professional, strong problem-solvers, and consistently go above and beyond to resolve even complicated maintenance issues. I also appreciate how quickly requests are handled and how efficiently repairs are completed. As a resident of Olive Ridge, I truly value the fast response times and the dependable service provided by Efrain and Jiovanne.
I lived here for less than a year! In this year i was paying on time everytime and I’m not very satisfied with this place, if i could give it 0 stars I would. I’m a nurse and was in school so i was never really there besides to sleep. Sometimes in February my car was broken into while it was parked in the garage, I called the patrol people that they advertised to me when i came and they said they were no longer servicing the area because they have not received payment.
