We were so excited about this place. We spoke to the chef/owner OLIVER VALENZUELA before we sat down. My husband is severely allergic to MSG. He assured us he personally makes everything from scratch and there would be no MSG in any of his meals. My husband ordered the Center Cut Filet cooked per chefs recommendations.
