This destination is a must when we visit California! We thoroughly enjoy Matthew Pour's knowledge and expertise on olive oils and balsamic vinegars. His many suggestions on the perfect pairings of oils with vinegars ensures we leave with many bottles each time. We have never been disappointed and love trying new flavors and combinations. Love this place..... Best balsamic and olive oils!
I drive down from LA just to get their oils and vinegars. So many infusions and flavors. And, I've yet to find a better white truffle oil than theirs. I tried the blueberry balsamic vinegar and white grapefruit infused olive oil on salad, and it was heaven.
