This is my 3rd time here, and probably the last! I always request one person and end up with another. Their work is less than adequate for me. I don't ask for anything special. I just want a decent mani and pedi. The last two times, in cutting down the length of my nails, two different ladies cracked one of my nails to the point it was broken and just painted gel over it. I then have to deal with the broken nail when I'm at home! For the price I should get better care!

I made an appointment for gel mani and pedi with design, the design looks nothing like the picture I showed. The pedicure did not come with a massage I assume because the design took so long. I requested I be seated next to my friend so we could talk and was told NO because all her stuff was at a different table, and when it came time to do a design on my nails she said no because they closed 30 minutes ago… so why make my appointment if it would take that long. Would give them a zero if I could. My daughter had a horrible experience here. She requested medium length, coffin shaped nails, and they gave her very short, stubby, square nails. The design that she requested, and provided a picture of, looked nothing like what they drew on her nails. They also cut up the side of her fingers, and basically drilled a hole in one of her nails. For $85, I would’ve expected much better.
