I was charged a cancellation fee for the stylist canceling on me. I tried to contact the stylist and the salon for a few days and was finally able to get a hold of someone to help me. The salon as a whole seemed very confused by the situation, how to handle it, and how to get me my money back. This would’ve been my first time having a service at this salon and after the disorganization, unprofessionalism, and poor communication I experienced I won’t be back.
