I unfortunately had a less than satisfactory experience. I am left with a painful wax burn in my bikini area. Also, my waxer was untimely and started the appointment ~30 minutes late. Toya, the owner (she did not wax me), handled the situation very swiftly so big thanks to her but sadly I still would not return…
Micah was incredibly attentive and detailed throughout my appointment. She explained every step of the facial process and tailored it to my skin’s specific needs. She even provided some affordable product recommendations that I’ll definitely try. My skin felt and looked amazing after the facial, and I’ll definitely be back for another session!
