Had slow service, but manager more than made up for the wait after a mix-up in the kitchen. Would go back.
.....slowest service out of all the olive gardens I have been to....sat for 15 minutes until a waitress arrived........ .....also the pasta always seems over cooked and the salad had the taste that it was in the refrigerator uncovered... ....I have given them 3 chances and they struck out each time....too bad they don't get their act together, i love the atmosphere and Italian food.....I guess ill have to eat somewhere else when in niles,ohio
