Our waiter put 4 pounds of cheese in my soup and his make up was all wrong. Way to thick he needs to take another cosmotoligy class.
Tried so hard to have a good experience and it just wasn’t happening tonight. Was rushed to order drinks as soon as we sad down. Thought server trying to give good service. Ordered food with salads. Salad came out and had the wrong dressing. Took 10 minutes for the server to circle back so we could inform her and she did go and remake it. New salad was correct. The waitress always made sure the basket of bread was always full and plates cleaned as well as dipping sauce filled, she might have forgot about my husband's beer and maybe my chicken on my Alfredo but she was super busy and what mattered was she took ownership and was honest about it and alot of people don't do that. she did a wonderful job! FYI for people that aren't aware, when your dining in a higher end restaurant, its standard to tip 20%....our bill was about 50$ we left 70....just saying...Bravo!
