The food here is delicious service not so much take forever to get food got the endless meal was charged $5 in up charges for not want the spaghetti that came with it
I think Olive Garden in Springfield in amazing but I say that the Fettuccini Alfredo just doesn't have enough Alfredo. Usually Fettuccini Alfredo is covered in Alfredo sauce but this Fettuccini didn't have that. It had sauce at the top but not at the bottom. When i had Fettuccini Alfredo there it looked delicious but the truth is the noodles at the bottom were dry. There was completely no Alfredo at the bottom so I had to mix it but it was still dry. We've been to Charlie Brown's twice and enjoyed each time. The service was fast, we always eat around 5 P.M., so we weren't rushed or crowded. The wait staff was pleasant and helpful. We usually order prime rib and it was tender and done to our liking. The 8 oz. is too much for me, my husband and son eat the pounder. I really didn't need a knife, and the side dishes were plentiful. We can never find room for dessert, they fill you to the brim. It's a bit pricey, but no more than any other good steakhouse. 6 of us went and it was great. We called ahead, which I recommend, and were seated within 15 minutes. The food was all delicious and the service was good. It was very spacious and open. Definitely a family-friendly place to eat!!
Dined on 6-17-08, not quite 2 weeks after inital opening. Arrived at 6:15pm and was told wait was 60 minutes. Others came in and left for this reason. We waited and a table was available in 15 minutes. Decor was clean and new but the atmosphere was like a cafeteria rather than a restaurant. Bright lights, plenty of booths, a bit tight so they can pack 'em in. Noise level was high. Service was prompt - too prompt.
