Olive Garden automatically added a 15% tip for a pick up order through their app. They charged me $6 to hand me a bag and left part of the order out of my bag so I had to go back. A gratuity should be based on service not purchase!!!! Restaurants think that people are stupid and use the gratuity to pay for their labor even though portions are smaller and prices are higher these days.
