For calorie counters, the non-fat Italian dressing is almost indistinguishable from the regular and is about 1/4 the intake. Don't skip the salad - just swap the dressing!
Ask your server to mix the house and ranch dressings on your salad. Not on the menu but our server recommended it once. It was yummy.
