Miracle, our server was amazing, professional, knowledgeable, polite, friendly and welcoming. My husband ordered the Calabrian steak and shrimp bucatini. Compared to the picture on the menu and what he received was different. Some of the steak was a little chewy, didn't ask for another one or something different because of plans after dinner and we did not have time to wait.The other food we ordered was pretty good.
The waiter was excellent, Salad was amazing as well as the bread sticks but when it came to the Alfredo...it went downhill. The Alfredo was dry and bland, I even added salt and pepper, it didn't made any difference and I recommend the killeen one.
Been a hit or miss. We were seated at a table, not booth, and unfortunately we were close to someone obnoxiously coughing next to us, who luckily left a few minutes before our salad arrived. Speaking of, salad was dry, dressing tasted different also. The manager went around checking the tables. I shared this with him and he addressed it right away. Ordered a delivery order. They use Uber for deliveries. Waited 2 hours before I got a text from a random person saying my order was delivered to them with their order. I called Olive Garden and they said they could only refund my money and if I wanted food I would have to come pick it up. Horrible customer service. I get the delivery is out of their hands but they choose to use Uber for their deliveries and didn't take accountability for this.
Fast, professional service. Great food and price and great people.
