Customer service is total trash! my wife went in to pick up a large order for a football team today, it's was a large order as expected and asked the manager for some help. She was told they didn't have any carts for her to use and stood by with two other employees while she carried everything by herself. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional.The fact the employees just stood their with the manager is proof that it's common.
