Great service and food! I hadn't been to Olive Garden in a while but after today's experience I will return. Kiley, the waitress was so patient, efficient, and the right level of helpful. She wasn't too hovering but always there when we needed her. Between she and Chris, the manager, they catered to my food allergy. Made me feel this was an establishment that I could trust. Again, next time we are having a craving for some pasta and ambience this will go on the list!
I had a great experience when I visited Olive Garden’s Lakeline location! I came mid-afternoon on 7/19/26. I ordered the Creamy Mushroom Ravioli since it is a limited time meal but I was also served a generous helping of sides. The best part of my experience was the waitresses that were present. My main waitress was Lindsay who not only checked in regularly but also went out of her way to encourage me because of the kindness I showed her during my meal. We were seated pretty quickly. I'm investigator for the state. To say we waited over 10-16 minutes for a server to actually come to our table to greet us and take our drink order. We had to use the tablet to place our orders for drinks and appetizers. People that came in after us received service before us. When we received our appetizers we didn't get our saucer plates.
