Our waitress was amazing, and the food was just as good as at any other Olive Garden. However, when we arrived, we were told there would be a 25-minute wait and there were so many people actually waiting before us. After waiting that time, we were finally seated, and discovered that the restaurant was almost empty. I don’t understand why they make customers wait when so many tables are available. It almost makes you wonder if they’re hoping people will give up and go somewhere else.
The food was amazing and Ethan was an amazing, friendly, attentive server. He checked on us throughout our dinner and made sure we were enjoying our food and got us what we needed in a timely manner.
Even though I specifically told them not to include any pork in my meal, the chicken and shrimp dish I ordered contained small pieces of pork. I also explained that I have an allergy, but they didn't seem to take it seriously. It was a very disappointing experience, and I hope they pay more attention to customers' dietary restrictions in the future.
