This place is always busy and I do not understand why? My guess would be because of the name recognition (TV commercial, marketing). I was not so impressed by the quality of the food, everything tasted like a frozen food but had to give it for the dessert I had. That is why 3 stars otherwise 2 or 2 1/2.
I called to ask them how long the wait was. There response "there is not a wait right now". I said ok and get there approx. 5 min. later. Then they say there is a 10 min. wait. I tell them what I was told over the phone and their response is "Oh well, they're not supposed to give est. times over the phone." Ridiculous!
I love going here because the food always tastes great no matter what. The staff is very friendly and fun.
