Starting off bad. Place is dead and we are waiting 20 minutes.
STOP! Turn around...we had awful service tonight. Too much to say. Rude hostess, no soup, inattentive manager, 45 min. wait for ticket...we love Olive Garden & this location is just horribly managed!!
Awesome Service, Trenton is an excellent server.
Volienca is by far the best server I have encountered in a long time at a restaurant. She was attentive, helpful, knowledgable and accommodating. If you want excellent service ask for Volienca.
I had the feeling it is dirty place from begining then I found a peice of foil on my coke after I had half of it . The manger came to apologize and he did not even offer it for free!! Hate their loses
The staff at this location seem a bit lost! They have destroyed the "Fine" Dining experience that most Olive Garden restaurants present. Just a heads up!
Don`t order the endless soup & salaid. Cause all you will get is salaid.
I am continually disappointed in the horrible service. Tonight we were sitting for ten minutes before our waitress came to take our drink orders. The manager was too embarrassed to talk to us. Skip.
Don't get appetizers. By the time you get your food you are stuffed.
