The tiramisu is frozen honey because this is Olive Garden. Not some high class Italian Cucina. GET REAL BIZAAATCH.
Tips are generally a reward for good service. 5-10% is for less than to adequate service. 15-25% for good to great service. Quit expecting something for nothing and work for our money.
